Saint Mary's University is rehabilitating the original portion of the Homburg Centre for Health and Wellness through a phased renewal program. The original 1986 building called the 'Tower,' designed by DSRA, needs to be upgraded to match the current and future needs of recreational and varsity students. The rehabilitation includes upgrades to the women's and men's locker room, the steam room, replacing the gym floor and upgrading the bleachers and finishes; As well as, creating a room for football and recreation offices.
