Moir's Mill was originally built in 1930. This project involved the restoration of the reinforced concrete fabric of building, renovation of the interior and landscaping. Phase I included development and execution of concept plans for reuse of the building as a Tourist Bureau and Interpretive Centre. Provision was made for a washroom, reception desk and display space plus the erection of a steel mezzanine that serves as a relaxation area. Phase II involved the restoration of the exterior concrete facade and miscellaneous site work. Phase III completed the interior fit up and the site work.
