Oleh has more than 15 years of experience in the structural design of buildings and industrial facilities, particularly within the oil refining sector across Europe and Asia. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering and has contributed to the successful delivery of several large-scale international industrial developments. His background includes extensive collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex processing facilities and technical infrastructure.

Since relocating to Canada in 2018, Oleh has expanded his expertise to include the preparation of architectural and technical drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. His work has supported the design and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams, with responsibilities ranging from detailed documentation to building code compliance and coordination with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

As a Senior Technical Designer with DSRA, Oleh has contributed to multiple community, healthcare, and institutional projects, providing both design and construction administration support. He brings strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and extensive experience delivering high-quality documentation for complex building projects.
