Elena has more than seventeen years of experience in Construction and Consulting companies in Europe and Asia. She has Master’s degree in Computer Science, Project and Program Management and Business Administration.

Elena worked as IT Project Manager for more than ten years and has an expertise of implementation of software for modeling, analysis and optimization of the Client’s company business processes as well as staged implementation, support and consulting on information systems application and interaction within existing software implemented in the Client’s company.

While working as Proposal Manager at DSRA Architecture, Elena prepares proposal submissions.
